Our services span from conducting simple property inspections, to multi-million dollar Federal Government design-build new construction. Dakota is a multi-disciplinary firm, with our expertise spanning both the technical and construction trades. While our corporate office is in the Midwest, we have successfully completed projects nationwide, from Virginia to California, and Minnesota to Louisiana. Construction
Dakota Intertek Corp. offers a wide variety of general contracting and construction services. We have the expertise, equipment, and capacity to execute all services internally. Dakota can self-perform the entire spectrum of a new construction project from inception to completion, including: design, permitting, surveying, sitework, utility installation, masonry/envelope construction, windows, MEP and systems installation, carpentry, roof installation, and finish work. We provide full-service finishing work as well, such as road and parking lot installation and landscaping services.
Technical Services
Since Dakota is both an environmental contractor and site developer consultant, Dakota has a comprehensive understanding
of how regulatory requirements affect site remediation and development. Our extensive remedial experience and interaction
with regulatory agencies allows us to fully appreciate the level of work and the costs required to "close" a property.
We can offer a fixed-price remedial action to provide a total development exposure cost.
Hazardous Materials Remediation & Disposal
Environmental Remediation is one of the core services that Dakota Intertek Corp. provides. We began in 1994 by removing underground storage tanks and contaminated soil. Dakota has since remediated sites impacted with nearly every known regulated substance, from petroleum releases at local service stations, to USEPA Superfund sites with chlorinated solvents in deep bedrock aquifers. We are the largest regional MBE environmental contractor, with reflected preferred rates from transport firms and disposal locations.
Facility Operation & Maintenance
Dakota Intertek Corp. has designed, installed, operated, and maintained literally dozens of remedial systems, from simple groundwater extractions, to our Oconomowoc Electroplating Superfund treatment facility project that had two full-time operators. Our services also include a wide assortment of facilities support, including: mechanical and equipment retrofitting, HVAC design and installation, MEP maintenance, inspection and property condition assessment services, property condition assessments, janitorial services, landscaping, and road and grounds maintenance.
